Patrick Rosenstiel – Founder
Patrick is a nationally recognized figure in the world of public affairs, market research, and public relations. He began his career on the Forbes for President campaign. In his two decades of senior-level public affairs work, he has worked with political leaders to realign Congress and state legislatures for conservative and Republican candidates and issues.
As chairman of the Trade Alliance to Promote Prosperity he has engaged on the ratification of global trade agreements that put American workers, job creators, and innovators first. He also directed grassroots efforts across the West and Midwest to garner Senate support for U.S. Supreme Court candidates John Roberts and Samuel Alito. Patrick has not only experience in but a passion for providing clean drinking water and improving quality of life for America’s most vulnerable populations.
Laura Brod-Hammeed – Advisor and Director
Laura is a multi-disciplinary executive with diverse experience in political advocacy, policy development, nonprofit leadership, organizational development, and for-profit ventures. Laura is currently the Chief Executive Officer for the International Rhett Syndrome Foundation and specializes in mission-driven passion, strategic vision, and operational excellence.
Formerly, as the executive director of both the Columbus Children’s Foundation and Accelerate Medical Foundation, she had a particular focus on accelerating and ensuring access to life-changing medicines for the people most in need. Her experience in elective office includes serving in the Minnesota State Legislature as an assistant majority leader and the lead on healthcare policy and taxes. She is a University of Minnesota Board of Regent member emeritus, an Aspen Institute Rodel Fellow, and a healthcare entrepreneur.
Berit Rosenstiel – Editor in Chief of the Blog
Berit is a sophomore at American University in Washington D.C. studying Political Science and Legal Studies. She is passionate about finding practical solutions to problems that affect the everyday lives of Americans and shedding light on the inequities that persist in our existing systems.
