340B Reform Across the Aisle

Lawmakers in both parties showed support for more transparency concerning 340B revenue at a recent hearing of the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pension Committee. The hearing focused on concerns that the program has become too big and fails to benefit patients. Republican and Democrat senators are calling for reforms to the 340B program that would prioritize patients and increase federal oversight.
