Food Pantries in Massachusetts

The Franklin Food Pantry in Massachusetts released its impact report for FY2026, revealing an increase in demand for food assistance in the community. The Pantry serviced 28% more people with its service to children increasing by 35% percent. Increased use of the Food Pantry reflects broader national trend as many lost access to SNAP benefits. To keep up with demand, the Pantry distributed 816,610 pounds of food and provided backpacks, holiday meals, and grocery bags across the community.
